As an executive coach, I partner with high-performing people who want to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and grow as leaders. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries, across the world, through one-on-one coaching and designing and delivering leadership development courses. I do this alone and with awesome partners. With almost 40 years of experience in global corporations and coaching consultancy, I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and insights to every coaching solution. I draw on my many credentials I have picked up along the way (and continue to do so), as well as my field of expertise in leadership development and performance, to help my clients learn and thrive. My mission is to help them reach their next level of excellence and fulfilment, while enjoying a fantastic life myself. I am an outdoor person so if I am not answering my phone, and I am not working, I am probably hiking or skiing someplace. I try (I dont always succeed) to live my life in a way that aligns with my top three goals. (1) Healthy and energetic, (2) Fun with family (including the WonderWoof) and friends, (3) doing the work I love (Leadership development through coaching and learning programs).
