I am a lawyer with over 5 years of professional experience of working in a diverse range of legal domain. I graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law with a focus on International Litigation and Arbitration, Energy Law and Policy, International Environmental Law, and Immigration Law. As an Attorney, my expertise spans advising government agencies, foreign entities, state/non-state actors, public institutions, and corporations on complex legal matters. I have successfully handled cases involving corporate law, labor and employment law, project financing, foreign investment, drafting commercial agreements, intellectual property registration, settlement, energy regulations, and other legal issues. During my tenure at Deloitte, I served as a Legal Consultant for a United States Department of State and Department of Interior-funded project aimed at assisting Nepal's electricity regulator. In this role, I provided consultation on the formulation of regulatory instruments, dispute settlement mechanisms, and consumer tariff fixation, among other key responsibilities. My interest for research and writing is reflected in my contributions to prestigious law journals, newspapers, and blogs. I have authored research-oriented articles on legal and contemporary issues, showcasing a deep understanding of the subject. At leisure, I like spending time writing and in 2022 my book 'Fables of Himalayas,' a collection of captivating short stories, received copyright protection from the Government of Nepal, Copyright Registrar's Office. Currently, I am actively seeking publishers for its commercial distribution. In addition to my legal pursuits, I had the honor of crafting a keynote speech for the former Speaker of Nepal's Parliament during the International Conference on the Constitution of Nepal in 2018. I am committed to delivering legal services, staying abreast of the latest developments in the field, and contributing to legal scholarship.
