I hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology focused in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Makerere University. I recently graduated from African Leadership X(ALX) after a six-week intensive virtual assistant training where I have gained experience in using Google Workspace, Travel and internet research, Project management and administrative skills. I have 5+ years in banking with experience in reconciliation, customer service, report writing, incident reporting and complaint handling. I volunteered with Balloon ventures , one of my biggest achievements where I helped 5 young entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. This I did by offering them financial literacy and book keeping training and also helping them identify ways in how to add value to their businesses. I also helped them organize their financial projects and to pitch their business to investors so that they could receive funding for their businesses.
