Human Resources Director

Responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources team and operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, recruiting the right talent, and participating in the interview and selection process. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure employee compliance and smooth processes.
Maintain good employee relations, handle employee issues and complaints, and ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations. Resolve employee relations issues to promote employee satisfaction and a positive work atmosphere.
Work with senior management to develop HR strategies and plans to support the organization's long-term growth goals. Participate in strategic decision making and provide HR professional advice and recommendations.
Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure employees understand the organization's goals and policies. Organize employee engagement activities and employee feedback mechanisms to promote employee engagement and a sense of belonging.

HR Manager

Have a higher level of responsibility in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, providing HR strategies and recommendations.
Participate in the recruiting process including developing job descriptions, advertising jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and participating in the interview process. Work with the recruiting team and department to ensure quality talent acquisition.
Handle employee relations issues and complaints, providing recommendations and solutions. Assist with employee separation procedures and retirement. Maintain employee database and records to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Work with the department to develop and implement training programs to meet the development needs of the organization and employees. Assist in organizing internal training events, seminars and workshops, and track training effectiveness.
Participate in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation and performance feedback. Provide performance management guidance and training to employees and management to ensure fairness and accuracy of performance evaluations.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, incentive programs, and benefit policies. Handle employee compensation inquiries and benefit issues to ensure accurate pay and benefit payments.
Participate in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations. Provide explanation and promotion of employee handbook and policies, and answer employees' questions about policies.
Collect, organize and analyze HR data and provide relevant reports and insights. Participate in HR projects and research to provide data support and recommendations to management.
