Hi I’m Suzanne, Here to help the construction industry to retain talented mums. Empowering them to step into leadership, balance home and work life and thrive. The proportion of women in construction careers has steadily declined resulting in an overall downward trend in the number of people employed in the sector, as recorded by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Data from engineering UK also shows small but worrying spike in women aged 35 to 44 leaving engineering. When we factor in the average age of starting a family (30.9 years) it’s very likely that many women leaving these industries are mums. Retaining mums in construction is essential - but challenging. I help by: - Providing accessible leadership development which is bespoke to mums in construction - Providing tailored 1:1 coaching, group coaching and peer networking - Providing strategies to blend leadership and family life - Building leaders with confidence and self-belief - Sharing habits and tactics to thrive at work and home The Results: 📌 Fiona felt unfulfilled and struggled to balance work and family.
