Marketing Coordinator & Database Researcher

Coordinated the schedule for the outdoor retail team for the all store hours, so that there was proper staffing at all times. Identified performance gaps and implemented process improvements. Ensured high customer service was being met and worked to troubleshoot any customer issues that arose.
Delegated daily tasks for three of the outdoor teams. Mentored the High Schoolers to achieve better problem solving with strategic execution of tasks assigned. Established an orderly system for processing dozens of shipments daily in peak season. 
In charge of checking the shipments as they are incoming to check that all products have arrived and undamaged, noting otherwise on the invoice, while communicating to the drivers of the issue and responsible for the whereabouts of the invoices, that they are brought to the Office Manager, once order is completely processed.

Outdoor Team Manager 

Schedule management with outdoor retail crew to provide adequate staff at all shifts, especially during peak season. Managed opening and closing procedures and recommended changes to enhance efficiency of daily tasks.
Worked to make sure there was a well maintained retail space, with organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal plant materials, while ensuring proper care (watering) of merchandise was being met. Delegated tasks to appropriate team members as lists of projects were being handed down to management.

Outdoor Team Leader
