Responsible for maintaining records of Maintenance work, suppliers, Risk Assessments, contracts.

Worked closely with the Group Estates Manager in developing the H&S Policy and ensuring it was implemented across all locations.
Responsible for keeping Management and staff up to date with Health & Safety legislation.  
Responsible for producing all documentation relating to Facilities and Health & Safety, reviewing to ensure it was always kept up to date.
Building security - Assisted with implementation of all security policies and procedures, including the installation and maintenance of access control systems.  
Business Continuity Planning - Involved in designing and implementing a company-wide business continuity plan and communicating to Management.
Assisted in the procurement of Stationery and equipment.
Liaised with estate agents in relation to company property portfolio regarding rent payments and changes, location closures, and tenant changes.  
Required to respond to emergencies and urgent issues in the absence of the Group Estates Manager.
