Currently, I hold the position of Associate Vice President and Content Strategist at U.S. Bank, where I leverage my expertise in business banking and UX content design. My goal is to create engaging and effective digital experiences tailored specifically for small business owners. By merging my knowledge of the financial industry with a deep understanding of user experience, I am able to craft compelling content that addresses the unique needs of our target audience. Beyond my professional achievements, I recently completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology in 2021.
