By day, I rock it as a Senior HR leader and by night/weekend, I help women level up their HR efforts, businesses, and lives. I’ve helped my employers do the following and more: • Create top notch employee experiences resulting in high retention rates up to 100%. • Diagnose and create solutions for culture woes. • Create core values from scratch with full buy-in from leadership and team members. • Develop outside of the box wellness programs that meet strategic goals. • Develop impactful training programs using multiple methods, platforms, and delivery methods. • Bring on tech tools like an HRIS and LMS plus other tools to create a top notch digital experience. • Participate in well known employee surveys and leverage the data to make numerous improvements, positively affecting people experience and corporate strategy. • Develop communication strategies to engage their teams. • Update leave policies to be more competitive and attract/retain talent. • Review and present salary and benefits (total rewards) data and create compensation strategies. • Coach supervisors and managers on best practices, navigating team member concerns, and empathetic leadership. • Create a governmental salary survey and create a new pay scale ensuring competitiveness. ✅ Fun Fact… I’ve had a business of some kind since 2004.
