Organization of systems and ideas are my passion. I am driven to come along side others who are struggling to organize what is needed to accomplish a specific goal.

My greatest strength is helping others organize their ideas or content.

I organized and coordinated a staff through the school accreditation process.
I arranged, coordinated, and led Seattle Union Gospel Mission through the certification process. I created a system that anyone on staff could follow for future certifications, which has been successfully used by the mission.
I consulted with a writer who needed assistance in organizing her time, thoughts, and outline to write her book. We met weekly or bi-weekly until her manuscript was complete.
 
Clients have said I take a stalled project and put it into order that allows it to move to completion, so they can accomplish the bigger goals of their company.

I help individuals, companies, or organizations who need to organize their ideas, words or information for a specific purpose.

Deciphering where a client is stalled is the pivotal point, I will ask questions that will help me determine what the next steps should be to move the project forward in a purposeful way.

I assisted the Senior Vice President in Excel, Evernote, and Word.  I helped with Strategic Planning and budgeting.  I helped write a workbook to be used in churches and organizations around the country.

Hesperia Christian School

While I worked at HCS I had many roles. I was a teacher, guidance counselor, and assistant principal.  
The accomplishment I am most proud of is organizing, planning, and  successfully leading the staff through the ACSI Accreditation process.
In addition, I also designed and orchestrated a Junior High Bible curriculum.

I spent my early 20s traveling and working at a variety of schools.  When I turned 30 I decided to return to college and earn a second degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific.  I currently am enjoying using those skills as a Virtual Assistant who specializes in content creation, writing, and consulting. I love helping visionaries figure out their next best steps to move a project or vision forward into their ideal clients' hands.
