My name is Sven Gade and I empower leaders and teams to develop the mindset and the behaviors which let them successfully accomplish their most ambitious goals. As an executive coach, team coach, and workshop facilitator, I am a reliable partner for clients all around the world. In our engagements, I inspire them with realistic optimism, empathy, and persistence to drive sustainable change, develop cohesive teams, and achieve high levels of performance, individually and collectively. I have published some of my insights, both as the co-author of the book “Winning Mindset” and as a featured guest speaker at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Following my passion, I founded LeaderTrip Coaching® with more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the logistics industry, mainly at DHL, where I worked with global and cross-cultural teams in operations, process improvement, and business development. I lived through many triumphs and some tragedies. These experiences taught me great lessons that help me now to help others to grow in their professional roles. My practice is built on solid ground. I earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC) from Team Coaching International (TCI).
