I began my career with an eight-year military service in the field of electronic warfare. My training as an electronics technician for devices and systems was followed by a technical A-levels and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering (automation). Afterwards I worked for several years as a hardware and software developer in mechanical engineering. In addition to a part-time Master's degree (MBA), I switched to the field of digitization. As project manager for digitalization and product owner for digital initiatives, I was part of the strategy process and am now responsible for the agile, cross-functional development of new digital solutions and products. I love working on new digital products and solutions in cross-divisional teams in short development cycles. I like to take the initiative and move things forward quickly and in a focused way. Digitisation offers us all a huge opportunity and I look forward to the challenges ahead.
