I am a Milan-based professional Mental Coach in love with science. After 13+ years of scientific research experience in Russia, Italy, UK and Spain, in 2019 I started a new page of my life by translating my passion to the scientific research into a "human potential research and discovery", starting my carrier as a Mental Coach. I have always believed in the potential of Italian and world science, since I moved to Italy in 2010 and enrolled in Milan University as a PhD student. I do believe that without science the human world could not grow and develop in order to become a better place to live in. On the other hand, I do believe the people working at the forefront of global science are often left alone with their tasks and challenges, devoting little time to their emotional and mental state. This happens in part because research area is little served by mental health professional, such as psychologists and coaches. I believe that global science can make a huge step forward if people working for its development have the tools and opportunities to unlock their potential, realise their ideas, transfer them into start-ups and businesses, growing not only as researchers but also as an entrepreneurs. This will lead them to make an even greater contribution to the future and society feeling more fulfilled, emotionally stable and mentally healthy. I never cease to admire those people who dedicate their lives to discovery, their ideas and service to society through their profound values and knowledge. That's why I am here for them and for our future.
