Quality Assurance Engineer

Workforce management application (Nov 2018 – Dec 2019): implementation of new UI and open API for legacy application – web and mobile (hybrid) (team: 10 members, project: ~200 members).
Responsibilities:
-	Estimation and planning of testing activities on release iteration;
-	Refinement of requirements, investigation and collection of information about functionality on basis of legacy application;
-	Creation of test documentation;
-	Functional testing;
-	REST API testing, designing and developing of automated rest api tests;
-	Tracking of status of automated tests for the assigned to team scope of functionality;
-	Communication with other teams in case of any affection from their side on scope of functionality assigned to the team;
-	Providing status updates on meetings with distributed team (USA) and on-site team;
-	Communication of risks;
-	Conducting demos;
-	Reporting.

Retail & Distribution web application on ATG e-commerce platform (Jul 2018 – Oct 2018): solutions to support the marketing functions in retail application (team: 10 members, project: ~130 members).
Responsibilities:
-	Estimation and prioritization of testing activities;
-	Creation of test documentation;
-	Testing of integration with 3rd party systems;
-	REST API testing;
-	Communication with remote team members (UK), refinement of requirements, providing status updates, conducting demos;
-	Communication with other teams about synchronization of testing activities;
-	Reporting;
-	Managing testing environments.
Tools & Technologies: Google Postman, Browser Dev Tools, Jenkins, Kibana.

Customers support application on base of SAP Cloud for Customers (Mar 2018 – Jun 2018): part of project team’s activities included testing of GDPR changes and integration across number of systems and their synchronization (team: 5 members, project: ~35 members). 
Responsibilities:
-	Planning of testing activities;
-	Refinement of requirements;
-	Creation of test documentation;
-	Testing of integration with other systems;
-	Escalation and coordination of activities with other teams in case of blocking issues from their side;
-	Reporting and providing status updates.
Tools & Technologies: SAP Cloud for Customers, Hybris Marketing, Apigee, MS SQL Server, SAP Hana, Kibana, Salesforce, Zephyr.


Web applications on SAP Hybris platform (Feb 2017 – Feb 2018): application for creation of taxonomies and classifications of chemicals, e-commerce application for wholesale of chemical products, application for search for safety data sheets for work with chemicals (project: ~20 members).
Responsibilities:
-	Refinement of requirements;
-	Creation of test documentation including test scenarios in Gherkin notation;
-	Functional testing;
-	REST API testing;
-	Demos organization and conduction;
-	Business trips to customer (Germany): refinement of requirements, on-site support, taking part in coordination meetings with other customer’s partners teams.

I am a QA engineer with almost 7 years of experience with extensive background in functional, integration, api testing; mostly web-applications, less - mobile; interested in automation testing (Java, Javascript); manage to work on several projects simultaneously and in projects with poor requirements; took part on most stages of SDLC - from processing customer requests and refinement of requirements to conducting demo sessions and processing customer feedback.
