As iRely’s business surged, I transitioned to focus exclusively on scaling its talent acquisition function. I established teams in India and the Philippines, delivering recruitment solutions that not only align with the company’s growth goals but also reflect the values and DNA of our organization. I continuously seek to challenge myself. From moving to the USA as a single mom and building a new life for my daughter and me, to marrying and forming a cross-cultural blended family, I've always embraced stepping outside my comfort zone. Earning my open water PADI certification is just one example of my adventurous spirit. Now as an empty nester, I stay active with my husband and our two energetic dogs, Antonio and Jesse, while celebrating the successes of our three incredible daughters.
