Responsible for achieving revenue and margin in the Staples Print and Marketing Services category. Partnered with Contract sales team to sell print services to contract customers. Built selling and customer service relationships with clients that profitably grew Staples Print sales. Used Staples’ systems on a consistent basis to self-manage selling activity, contacts, deals, reporting and strategies. Worked collaboratively with Sourcing, Print Operations, and Customer Service to ensure accurate, timely and professional delivery of customer’s products and services.
