With "New Work Masterskills", I work every day to teach people and managers the most important skills for a future-proof working world. Because our working world is changing more than ever before: - The skills shortage is just getting started, - Employees are increasingly demanding a sense of purpose, compatibility and flexibility, - the home office debate is still far from being satisfactorily resolved, - we are a long way from equality, - mental health continues to decline and - the answer to how AI will affect our everyday working lives is still unclear What we need now are concrete ideas and solutions to meet the changing demands. We need people who are responsible, capable of change and reflective, managers who exemplify new ways of working and companies that are prepared to act in the interests of new, sustainable guiding principles. And that is my mission. We have developed various training programs for companies and managers as well as for people who want to change. I also advise companies on how to put New Work into practice together with their teams. I speak on LinkedIn about how we turn work into something that empowers people, as well as in talks, podcasts and specialist articles. In 2022, in collaboration with Michael Trautmann and Christoph Magnussen, I published the book "On the Way to New Work", which became a bestseller and standard work. The future of our economy and the people in our country depends on how well we succeed in making the world of work fit for the future. The potential here is immense. New ways of working can not only secure our competitiveness and thus the prosperity of our society, but also ensure greater diversity, equality, compatibility, sustainability and innovation.
