🚀 Pitched for 3 more, 1 might convert soon
🚀 3 ecommerce SEO clients are hitting all-time highs!
👩‍💻 Met a couple of super focused founders during the pitch and learned about a crazy product they have built and turned their company profitable too while at it in the first 8 years!
✈ Became a part of an international event at Vietnam and made some interesting partners (Developments on this already in the making and it looks promising for us as well as them!)
➡ Pitching for a unique service to our core offering with one of our earliest partners and we are looking to work with some of the biggest brands in the world! (I am personally excited for closing this one)
😱 Got our first ghosting experience from a potential candidate, very real small agency and office problem!
➡ But on the bright side, onboarded 2 new team members within the agency for SEO and Development. We are now a 8 full time member team 

What does the next month look like?
➡ 2 pitches already lined up
➡ Advanced stage conversations on the new service launch
➡ Testing a pilot program with one of our partners
➡ Looking to hire 2 SEO executives and 1 YouTube SEO Analyst in the team

What is a "Brand" in the eyes of Google?

It is nothing but an entity that Google recognizes and considers giving importance in terms of SERP visibility.

A very basic example of this is that most of the biggest brands have a knowledge graph that shows up for them.

And why does that show up?

Because these brands have a lot of high authority backlinks from sites that are trusted, and themselves have good brand signals i.e. backlinks.

Google has a high dependency on backlinks as a ranking factor, it always had this dependency.

They have no other way to determine "trust signals" at scale.

Brand mentions won't mean much if they are not associated with a contextually relevant link. 

Quality links are the future.

Doesn't matter what tactic or type of link, as long as it satisfies the authority criteria, it will help you become a brand.

Anyone telling you otherwise is living an illusion.
