The easiest way to stand out as a wellness brand? Stop blending in. If your content sounds like everyone else’s, your audience will scroll right past. Here’s what doesn’t work: ❌ Generic “health tips” anyone can Google. ❌ Overused industry buzzwords that don’t mean anything. ❌ Trying to sound like a big brand instead of a real perso. Here’s what actually makes your content work: ✅ A unique point of view that challenges how people think. ✅ A clear message that makes people feel something. ✅ A brand voice that’s recognizable, real, and relatable. Your audience doesn’t need more information. They need clarity and connection. P.S: I’m helping wellness brands simplify their message so they attract more of the right people. If you’re ready to stop blending in and start standing out, let’s talk. DM me "WELLNESS" and let’s get started.

Some mornings, my body wakes up before my mind does. I open my eyes, but everything feels heavy. Not tired exactly - just… full. Like I’ve been carrying too much, too quietly. But instead of pushing it down like I used to, I pause. I breathe. I check in. Sometimes I go for a walk without my phone. Sometimes I just sit with my coffee, doing nothing. Other days, I cancel a plan without guilt. Not because I’m lazy. But because I’m learning to choose myself, over productivity, over pressure, over “shoulds.” We don’t always need a reason to slow down. Sometimes being human is reason enough. → What’s your go-to reset when life feels too loud?

For the longest time, I thought self-care meant fixing myself. If I just worked out more… Woke up earlier… Drank enough water… Did all the "right" things… Then I’d feel better. Then I wouldn’t be so tired all the time. But no matter how much I added to my routine, I still felt drained. And that’s when I realized - self-care isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing less of what’s slowly wearing you down. So I started subtracting: → Saying yes when I meant no. → Scrolling mindlessly at night instead of actually resting. → Pushing through exhaustion instead of listening to my body. The moment I let go of those things, I felt lighter. Because sometimes, self-care isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about making space. For rest. For joy. For things that actually fill you up. What’s one thing you’re letting go of for your well-being?

Your wellness brand isn’t struggling because of the algorithm It’s struggling because of the content. Think about the last time someone followed you. It wasn’t because you posted every day. It was because something you shared made them stop, think, and trust you. ✔ Maybe you busted a wellness myth they believed. ✔ Maybe you shared a transformation that felt personal. ✔ Maybe you taught them something that changed their perspective. That’s the content that makes people stay, engage, and remember you. What’s one shift you’ll make in your content to create real connection? P.S: I'm taking in 2 clients in April. If you’re ready to make your wellness brand stand out, DM me “Wellness” - let’s make it happen!

Your wellness brand isn’t getting the attention it deserves. You know your product works. You’ve seen the results. But your audience? They’re not getting it. Here’s why: Most wellness brands get stuck between two extremes: → Making content too simple, so it blends in. → Making it too complicated, so it overwhelms people. And that gap? It’s why your audience scrolls past instead of stopping to listen. Now, imagine this: ✔ Content that speaks to real people, not just industry experts. ✔ A message that feels clear, not confusing. ✔ A brand that people trust and remember. Your wellness brand deserves to be seen and understood. What’s one small shift you can make to connect with your audience today? P.S: If you’re ready to create content that actually resonates with your audience, let’s chat. DM me “Wellness” and let’s make your brand stand out.

I don’t know what part of my story to share. I hear this all the time. So here’s a simple way to figure it out. Ask yourself: What’s a moment that changed you? Maybe it was → A time you took a big risk. → A moment when everything felt uncertain. → A mistake that taught you something important. We all have these moments - the ones that make us see things differently. Here’s how to turn it into a story: Start with the moment. ↳ What happened? How did it feel? Be honest about the struggle. ↳ What was hard? What were you thinking? Share what changed. ↳ What did you do next? What did you learn? End with a takeaway. ↳ How could this help someone else? That’s it. Keep it simple. Keep it real. If this got you thinking, I’d love to hear your story.

This is the sad part of today's digital world! ❤️ If you’re a freelancer, please double-check job listings, verify contact details, and never share personal information upfront. It’s scary how realistic these scams can be, and I don’t want anyone else to go through this :) Thank you for highlighting this Samara🥺

This week, I found out my brand was impersonated on Upwork 🫣 If you’re a freelancer, it’s really important to keep an eye out so you don’t fall victim to these scams. It’s so tough when scammers use my brand to mislead freelancers. Frankly, I’m done with watching hardworking freelancers get scammed. It can also happen to any business owner, so I’m putting the word out. Here’s what happened: Someone used my brand’s name “Behind Wellness” on Upwork and posted a fake job listing, with a different email domain extension and even a made-up name for the “Recruitment Manager”. Soon after, freelancers started reaching out on LinkedIn and email, confused about what to do next. I’m very sorry for anyone who’s been affected by this, and I deeply appreciate those who reached out to let me know about the situation 🧡 Upon investigating, I realised the scammers were also leveraging my brand name, website, and logo to lure unsuspecting talent through their email communications 🫣. It has been reported by the impacted freelancers and myself. Here are 8 red flags to help you spot such scams: - Mismatch in the hiring team: If you aren’t being interviewed by known team members, be cautious. - Unusual data collection: Legit companies rarely ask for excessive personal data via external forms or ask you to contact them outside the platform for an interview. - Asking for personal/sensitive info too early: Never share your driver’s license, bank details, or other confidential data upfront. - Mismatched website or email domain Look for mismatched branding or missing online presence. Always double-check that you’re on the legitimate website. - Too good to be true: Exaggerated pay or benefits are often a lure to hook you in. - Hired without an interview: No real company hires without getting to know how awesome you’re! - Paying money upfront: Never pay for software, training, or any job-related expenses. Legit companies won’t ask you to cover these costs. - Job postings, emails, and correspondence: Has poor grammar, spelling errors, or unprofessional communication. How to protect yourself: - Stick to the official platform: don’t go off-platform for interviews or project work. Follow the platform’s safety guidelines and verify the interviewer’s identity. - Trust your gut: If something feels off, stop and report it immediately. Some companies even pull down their job postings before interviews just to dodge paying for Upwork's services, and that's wrong. - Always double-check brand details on the company’s website or LinkedIn. Look for any inconsistencies in branding, and verify that the website and contact details are legitimate. How have you dealt with brand misuse or job scams? What measures have worked for you in protecting your brand? And please, share and repost this so others can learn how to protect themselves too. #jobscam #freelancersafety #onlinesafety #trustyourgut #jobtips #remotework

If your wellness brand sounds like every other brand, why should anyone stop and listen? That’s the part most founders miss. You’re not just selling a wellness product. You’re selling trust. Clarity. Relief. A future someone can believe in. But if your messaging sounds like this: → “Feel your best” → “Science-backed and holistic” → “Clean ingredients, real results” …it’s not wrong. But it’s forgettable. And forgettable doesn’t convert. Because you’re not just up against other wellness brands anymore You’re up against short attention spans, viral trends, and content that gets to the point fast. If your message doesn’t feel personal, real, and relevant in the first 3 seconds? Your audience scrolls past. No matter how powerful your product actually is. Here’s what changes that: → Messaging that makes people feel seen → A story that positions you as the only option, not just another one → Content that reflects who you’re for, not just what you do The brands that win? Aren’t the ones with the biggest budget. They’re the ones with the clearest message. You don’t need to shout louder. You just need to sound like you - in a way your audience can’t ignore. Let’s make your brand unforgettable. Want support? DM me “Clarity” and I’ll send you something to get started.

People don’t buy your wellness product/service. They buy a better version of themselves. Your audience isn’t looking for another supplement, program, or wellness solution. They’re looking for a transformation. So why is your content still focusing on what you offer instead of how it changes their life? Here’s how to shift from “informing” to “influencing”: ✅ Paint the before and after - show them what life looks like before & after using your product. ✅ Speak to their real struggles - not just the features of what you sell. ✅ Use language they actually use, skip the jargon, talk like a human. Wellness isn’t about products. It’s about results. What’s one thing you’ll try from this in your next post?

The hardest part of showing up online? (It’s not the writing) Not the strategy. Not the aesthetics. It’s the quiet moments when doubt sneaks in. When you wonder if anyone’s even watching. When a post you really believe in, gets barely any reach. And you start to question. “Why am I even doing this?” But here’s the truth: The people who need your message the most? They’re watching silently. They’re reading. They’re remembering how you made them feel. And they’re slowly learning to trust you. The likes will come. The reach will grow. But what matters most? Is that you keep showing up when it’s hard. Because showing up consistently Even without the applause Is what builds real connection. — P.S. If you're tired of second-guessing your content and want support that actually feels personal DM me "content" and I’ll help you get clarity.

I used to believe that “showing up” was enough. That posting once a week, writing a decent caption, and staying in my lane would eventually get me the results I wanted. But here’s the truth It wasn’t working. And deep down, I knew why. I wasn’t really putting my full heart into it. I was playing safe. Doing just enough to feel like I was doing something… but not enough to move the needle. The shift happened when I decided to stop playing small with my effort. I started writing content that actually said something. I focused on one person when I wrote. I reviewed what worked, what didn’t. I let my content reflect the way I actually speak. That’s when things started to change. Not overnight. But consistently. If you feel like you’ve been doing everything “right” and it’s still not clicking maybe it’s not about working harder. Maybe it’s about showing up a little braver. A little more you. The tiny shift from “good enough” to “I care about this” can change everything. And it’s okay if you’re not there yet. But when you are… you’ll know. Because people will start to notice. P.S: Do you ever feel like you're holding yourself back?

This is how you can stay consistent on LinkedIn without feeling overwhelmed. Most people think consistency means posting every day. But that’s not true. Here’s how you can show up without burning out: → Post once a week (or more if you can). ⤷ Even one good post can make an impact. → Write before you scroll. ⤷ Get your thoughts out before distractions take over. → Save ideas when they come. ⤷ Jot them down in your notes. Future you will be grateful. → Re-use your best posts. ⤷ If something worked once, it will work again. → Engage in a way that feels natural. ⤷ Reply to comments, share your thoughts, have real conversations. → Take breaks when needed. ⤷ Skipping a day won’t ruin your progress. Just keep going. The goal isn’t to be everywhere all the time. It’s to keep showing up in a way that works for you. What’s one thing that’s helped you stay consistent? Let me know!

I’m not someone who does things just because everyone else is doing them. ➙ I don’t force myself to wake up at 5 AM just because it’s the "successful" thing to do. ➙ I don’t pack my schedule so full that I have no time to breathe. ➙ I don’t believe in making life harder just to prove something. I keep things simple, because simple feels good. ➙ Prioritizing what truly matters instead of saying yes to everything. ➙ Creating space for rest without feeling guilty. ➙ Letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out all the time. Because at the end of the day, life isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what actually makes you feel alive. If you’ve been overcomplicating things, maybe it’s time to pause. Breathe. And remind yourself that simple is enough. What’s one way you’re making life easier for yourself?

Showing up online is hard. Yeah, but you make it harder by: - Overthinking every post - Waiting until you have the "perfect" idea - Posting inconsistently - Comparing yourself to people years ahead of you - Treating content like a performance instead of a conversation It makes the process stressful, exhausting, and overwhelming. Try this instead: 👉🏻Post even when it’s not perfect, clarity comes from action 👉🏻Share what you know right now instead of waiting to be an expert 👉🏻Find a content rhythm that fits your life, not someone else’s strategy 👉🏻Focus on your own growth instead of someone else’s numbers 👉🏻Engage with people - real conversations build real visibility You don’t have to make it complicated. And you don’t need to go viral to grow. If you want to build a personal brand, do it in a way that’s simple, sustainable, and actually works. P.S. I’m taking in 2 people this month to help them grow without overwhelm. DM me "GROW" if you're ready!
