I am responsible for strategic decision-making to ensure sustained business growth. This includes overseeing vendor management, product management, marketing management, and go-to-market strategy. By closely monitoring market trends and customer needs, I develop and execute effective growth strategies for both our vendors and Rookie Ninja, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition and continue to deliver value to our customers.

Along with this, I work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. By managing a portfolio of top brands such as Epson, Canon, Kodak, Fujitsu, Brother, Oki, Viewsonic, Czur , Colortrac , Rowe and Ezofis .I help the sales team to offer a comprehensive range of products and services that meet the diverse needs of our customers. With a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships, I strive to drive revenue growth for both our vendors and our company.

Rookie Ninja is an Authorized Distributor for Kodak Alaris , Brother , Canon, Colortrac, Contex,  Czur, ElarScan, IRIS, Silex and offers the complete range of Hardware, software and services solutions in Scanning . Rookie also specializes in the supply of Epson Scanners, Fujitsu Scanners and Epson Business Printers. 
We also provide Cost Effective Document Management Solutions, Document Archiving Solutions and Service Contracts for Document Scanners (All Major Brands including Kodak, Canon, Fujitsu, Epson Etc.)

AllScan is a Value-Added Distribution in the MEA region. Allscan FZE was setup in
Dubai to expand the operations to the middle east, and to fill the gap in the market for
value added Kodak distributors. My responsibility has been to oversee the growth of
Kodak Scanners in the UAE and to grow the overall business. Since its inception,
Allscan FZE has grown from strength to strength and some of my outstanding
achievements are:
Captured 60 percent of all Kodak Scanner Market Share for UAE, including
hardware and services sales.
My Team was in contact with over 1,500 resellers across UAE and over 100
relevant scanner buying end user accounts.
Managed to keep costs well below most competitors by using cost effective
methods in daily operation.
Established very stable and lasting relationship with some very potential clients,
guaranteed to give business in the days to come, both Local and from
Overseas.

Driven Technologies has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.
The experience of being the first employee of the company to managing 30 Plus people
and all departments in the company has been very enriching in terms of experience. I
got the opportunity to handle the Sales team, Logistics, Accounts, Stock, and Hiring etc.

offers etc. to ensure it reaches out to maximum people.
HIRING: I have been interviewing candidates and carefully selecting both sales and
non-sales staff after screening and testing them.
MANAGE CHANNEL SALES:  we have done considerable business
with the resellers. I was also managing the department as well as maintaining
relationship with them.
Key Achievements:
Cracked into some really high profile accounts and got significant business from
them. (Dubai Police, Rak Police, RAK Insurance, Sharjah Islamic Bank, Sharjah
Ports and Customs, DEWA, EMAAR, AL TAYER, Al Shaya, 
RULERS COURT, DUBAI MUNICIPALITY etc.
Our company won the award for the best value added reseller for Kodak in the
Middle East for 2014-2015, and this domain was completely handled by me.
