-	Understand the various risk scanners and how they function, identify opportunities for new scanners
-	Perform analysis on accounts to identify Risk, Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering rings
-	Identify fraud accounts and follow separate procedures for fraudulent accounts (set up case under fraud queue, send merchant inquiry, raise merchant chargebacks, etc.)

Cross Functional Expertise:
* Assist Account Security Group team with reporting and analytical capabilities on MIS and Customer Experience
* Business Analyst for the Spend Analytics Team - Analyse customer spend, and consolidate merchant base basis suppliers used by external customer. Basis the findings, payment solutions are offered to the customers (prospective/existing) from American Express’s Corporate Product suite & acceptance questions are answered. 

The job involves working with customer’s Accounts Payable data and involves the following steps:
Communication with the Account Development Managers (ADM), data consolidation, detailed analysis of the data using various tools (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, SAS enabled tool), manual procedures to match data and finally creation of dashboard to be presented to the customers.

Lead Credit Analyst

-	Handling and resolving Card-member disputes – International RMS (retail, mail order, services, car rental, lodging and dining) industry
-	Setting up disputes (tag charges and set up new cases, billing as well as fraud disputes) basis Card-member requests
-	Contacting account holders (via mail) for additional information and for providing resolution
-	Contacting merchant establishments (via e-mail and fax) requesting for documentation to support inquiry
-	Processing chargebacks (billing disputes as well as fraud disputes) as per laid down policies and procedures

Lead Disputes Analyst

-	Assist customers open American Express’s Consumer as well as Business card account
-	Handling and resolving outbound call queries
-	Follow Fraud verification checks before approving an application

-	Verify information using Fast Data, Dunn & Bradstreet, Lexis-Nexis, etc.
