• Handling all recruitment parts, End-to-end Recruitment.
• Arrange the induction for the new joiners.
• Fulfill all the formalities of the new joining (Joining report, required documents, and induction).
• Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews, taking feedback and approvals for further process.
• Resignation and exit interview formalities.
• Day-to-Day Activities of HR.
• Prepare Monthly employee attendance report at the end of the month.
• Attendance and Leave Management.
• Handling and celebrating Get-togethers, functions, and festivals, etc.
• Sourcing relevant resumes through various portals, internal databases, and networking websites.
•Responsible for completing the joining formalities i.e. collecting the required documents, Verifying 
 •Salary Slips, Creation of Employees' Gmail ids, Skype Ids & Salary Accounts. 
•Maintain and update monthly employee sheets, Expense Details, and bill Details. 
•Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules & and regulations.
