- Successfully created the Go To Market business case of Made Good and Good To Go brands to enter the European market: UK, Germany, BENELUX.

I was the coordinator between managements in charge of gathering information, reviewing operational reports, analyzing data and validating market assumptions  to create the first business forecast model.  
•	Estimated business profitability and projected financial statements. Executed short and long term debt modeling. Consolidated corporate cash flow statements.
•	Modeled and estimated energy generation identifying saving opportunities estimated over US$100k per year.
•	Built from scratch the first Business Strategy forecast model for a 5-year horizon to be used as a strategic decision-making tool by the senior management and to be presented to the foreign lenders.
