Digital Marketing Manager for ASX listed medical device start up, Artrya Ltd. We use artificial intelligence for accurate cardiac imaging and heart disease diagnoses. 

I'm responsible for the local and international digital marketing strategy and activity for the company.

- Managed the development and launch of a new company website, including new copy, full re-design and re-platforming to a new CMS. 
- Grew the company's LinkedIn page following by 46% in 6 months.

Digital Marketing Lead seconded full time to MedTech start up, Artrya Ltd. As the Digital Marketing Lead at Artrya I am responsible for the development and successful execution of their annual digital marketing strategy, across Australia, UK, US and Canada. 

I lead a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of marketing activity for the client. As part of the Lead role I coordinate all other external vendors on behalf of Artrya, including the website development agency, public relations team, and copywriters. 

Ensuring that Artrya has access to the right people at the right time is a key part of the role, and I manage all resourcing, personnel allocation, and the digital marketing budget. 

I was awarded the In Marketing We Trust Ethos Award for working "Independently Together" within my first month at the company. I was nominated for the Ethos award again within my second month.

Digital Marketing Lead

Device Technologies

Responsible for creating, implementing, and analysing the marketing strategies of 10+ medical business units, including the largest division, Orthopaedics, with a gross annual revenue of over $120m. Partnered with C-Suite, Business Managers and Product Managers to prepare multi-audience digital marketing strategies and execute complex, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns, across a range of mediums.

Role Responsibilities 
- Devised and managed lead generation, product launch, customer conversion, re-engagement, and brand campaigns across multiple portfolios. 
- Collaborated with Creative, Social and Digital teams to ideate and develop omni-channel campaigns utilising eDM, video, social and web.
- Responsible for the end-to-end planning and managing of all aspects of campaigns: strategy, budget, timelines, creative, implementation, reporting and optimisation.
- Identified metrics and tracked campaign effectiveness, utilising data and preparing a post-campaign analysis on outcomes and ROI for each project. 
- Interpreted and analysed campaign data to drive actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Ensured each portfolios’ marketing strategy was aligned with the broader Device Technologies strategy and business priorities, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. 
- Administered the compulsory, company-wide training program regarding the regulatory obligations within the medical industry, specifically, advertising to healthcare professionals and consumers. 
- Ensured all marketing activity was compliant with the legislation and the regulatory framework of the governing body, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Campaign Lead

- Supported the Campaign Lead to develop and articulate the clear strategic direction, and execute the campaign and marketing activities of various business units.
- Analysed and reported on campaign results; engagement, conversion rates and ROI/ROV. 
- Collaborated with sales teams and data analysts to determine commercial impacts of campaign activity. Based on the results, provided recommendations to stakeholders.
- Involved with COVID-19 campaigns including launching a 24/7 ventilator support hotline to healthcare staff, virtual ventilator user training and N-95 mask re-sterilising awareness.
- Led the Device Technologies Pride Month Celebration campaign, developing internal content and communications along with the Social Media strategy.
- Oversaw the company-wide regulatory training program 'Marketing and Regulatory Accreditation'.

Campaigns Coordinator

- Managed the company-wide marketing requests system (Wrike) including all staff training, process mapping, optimisation and liaising with the vendor. 
- Involved with the successful launch of new Sales & Marketing platform within the companies Martech stack - Showpad. Developed and executed launch plan, created and conducted training, facilitated user acceptance testing, liaised with vendor and key internal stakeholders. 
- Worked across 38+ Business Units, developed in-depth knowledge of all Principal brands, extensive product ranges, and their markets. 
- Led the creation of print marketing collateral across the company, developing creative briefs for assets tailored to each Business Unit and their customers. 

Additional Activities
- Assisted the Project Manager during the companies expansion into South East Asia
- Facilitated panel discussion of four key female leaders within the company during the annual Women’s Networking Event for 2019

Marketing and Digital Associate

- Entered a newly created role at Device Technologies.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a companywide training program, the Marketing and Regulatory Accreditation Program (MRAP). Successful completion of this training is a requirement for all employees across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. 
- Training was completed by 100% of employees 3 months post launch.
- Aided the Social Media team where required, developing content and writing captions.

Marketing and Digital Intern

-	Maintaining an accurate and up to date record of all complaints
-	Liaising with suppliers overseas, customers, the sales team and other internal staff to obtain effective and timely outcomes
-	Investigating complaints, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information prior to recording of a complaint

-	Ensuring effective follow up on completed complaints, including provision of replacement and/or credit, sending follow up letters to customers, etc.

I am highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding unique methods of creating synergies between marketing, creative teams, and the wider business.

I am a self-motivated digital marketer and project manager, with over 4 years’ experience working in-house and for a marketing agency. I have a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from Macquarie University and specialise in project management for cross functional marketing and creative teams. I am proud advocate for greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including gender equality and LGBTQI representation.

In 2021 I took 9 months off work to travel around Australia with my partner. As Marketing Manager at Mamamia, I'm responsible for the growth of Subscriptions and Key Vertical (Mia Freedman).
