Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

•To test the samples (New arrival, return materials and old stock) of Bio fertilizers (Azoto, Azospi, Rhizobium, PSB, KMB, ZSB & SSB) and Bio pesticides. (AD, AS, AD+, AB, AV, Fungicure, Sudocare, Basicare, Paceilo and Metarhizium) and testing the total counts in Organic manure (AK, AKN, AKN+Zyme, SAP etc) in bio lab.

•Maintain the strains of various bio-agents.

•Test the bio-efficacy of all the bio-agents with batch number.

•Maintain the batch wise record of testing of all the Bio-products.

•Test the bio-efficacy of products of competitors companies.

•Test the efficacy of Herbal Insecticides and Fungicides of new arrival, old stock and samples send by various companies/suppliers and test the efficacy of competitors products and maintain the data, picture and video of all the testing done in lab. 

•Trials of new (various supplier) and current products specially Bio-agents and Herbal Insecticides and Fungicides, collect the data and maintain it digitally and lay the comparative trials against other similar products to choose the best one on various crops, at farmers field of Dayal Research Farm.

•Planning for field trials, treatments designing, selection of crops & location and analysis of data collected from field trials (Dayal Research Farm).

•Analysis of field data to decides the best Dose (Optimum Dose), Best Application Time, Compatibility with our other products and/or products running in market.

•Capturing the field trials digitally as still and video for broadcasting the best result to customer.

•Collection of review of literature, research papers of related works from internet, publication  and journals for Dayal Research publications in reputed journals of India and International.
