Ryerson Students' Union - PSA

- Developed Excel spreadsheets to plan the budget for the academic year and prepared monthly financial reports to keep track of the finances with a high degree of organization. These spreadsheets were not only helpful for bookkeeping purposes but also increased the accuracy of invoice processing and invoice reporting by 100%.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills when faced with complex situations with the budget (such as under forecasting). This involved a comprehensive review of the budget as well as liaising with club executives to identify possible options where additional money could be diverted to address under forecasting. The outcomes of this initial research were presented to the president to help them make an informed decision.
- Ensured proper cash collection and recording during the sale of tickets and routinely filled out expense forms for reimbursement from the student union. 
- Provided administrative support such as organizing documents, making photocopies, scanning/printing documents, responding to phones, emails and in-person inquires along with other clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operation within the organization. 
- Demonstrated team working skills by liaising with the fellow executive members that lead the club to Ryerson Student Union's top-performing student club award.
