●	Collaborate with service teams to diagnose internal infrastructure issues using AWS proprietary troubleshooting tools, perform service specific trend analysis and provide customer feedback to the product teams.
●	Drive projects to implement tools which helps in reducing operational metrics and improvement in customer experience.
●	Act as an escalation point between support and other customer facing teams.
●	Working with Solutions Architects and TAM teams assisting customers in design and delivering well architected solutions in AWS cloud.
