Sylvester is a bright light, a Strategist, Process and Systems Designer and the Founder of Loud. Sylvester believes in new possibilities and I am people driven. I always knew I wanted to build a startup. In my university days; two books among others that transformed my mindset were: mind of the strategist and rich dad poor dad. So, I began with the question what business could I build, especially in the tech space. In my personality and resonation, I love events and as such sort for a way to connect it with tech; and here comes the hack: I found a way to making events more engaging. In 2023, I founded Loud, a startup to bring the idea to live. Close on a decade ago, Sylvester worked as a Director and a Project Manager at Sliwhite Developers and Services Ltd a construction company I founded earlier in 2017. We delivered building projects to the best of standards; for which he was awarded with the Golden Role Model Award from the Nigerian Youth Advocacy for Good Governance Initiative in 2022. Sylvester holds a degree in Building and came top of his class. Thereafter, He proceeded to the National Youth Service at Ewohimi, Edo State where he engaged in Community Development Projects that earned him the National Youth Service Community Development Award, 2014. Sylvester is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB),2023 and Trained with Founder Institute September Fall Abuja, 2022. Among other skills, I am: Organized, Disciplined, Analytical, Focused, Creative design, Social, Effective Communication, Listening and Result Oriented, and a Servant leader. This is what I care about; I care about Africa's digital space- social media. Why I really care is because of the dynamics in government policies; and how Africa maybe on the edge. The simple reason you should care is because anything worth doing can't be done alone ! Today, I am poised with the vision of making Loud startup a global phenomenon. Join me on this journey.
