I have over 14 years of experience in ensuring the quality and safety of food products, as well as complying with the relevant regulations and standards set by my organization and the government. Some of my key competencies include reviewing and approving label and packaging artwork, developing and maintaining SOPs for quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections of food processing plants and facilities, and providing regulatory guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Biochemistry and I am certified in HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. I am proficient in various software tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trello, Zendesk, Hubspot, Asana, and Calenderly. I am always eager to learn new skills and keep up with the latest trends and developments in the food industry. I enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with other professionals, but I am also able to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. I am passionate about my work and I am driven by the mission of protecting public health and ensuring consumer satisfaction.
