I would like to introduce myself as a professional with over 8+ years professional experience in multiple industries with a strong passion for the HR function. I have completed my full time MBA with a specialization in HR from a reputed tier 2 b-school in Mumbai. Throughout my HR career of around 6 yrs, I have built a diverse skill set in various facets of the function. As part of my current role with a growing technology company, I have a strong focus on defining HR policies, streamlining processes and implementing various Talent Development, Organization Development and Cultural Transformation initiatives.
