Enterprise Solutions Architect

In my role as Enterprise Solution architect at Wizz Air my primary responsibilities are but not limited to:

1.	Solution architecture: Continuous collaboration with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them to IT solutions that meet their needs. Developing solution architecture blueprints, standards including system integrations, and technology stack.
2.	Technology evaluation: Conducting technology evaluations, including feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects, to identify the best-fit solutions. 
3.	Requirements analysis:  Perform IT evaluation to ensure that the requirements does align with the corporate standards and rules.
4.	Solution integrations: Ensure seamless integration of various software applications and systems within the organization. 
5.	Project support: Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. 
6.	Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of IT solutions are followed and implemented. 
7.	Performance optimization: Helping operation teams to identify performance bottlenecks and search for solutions that optimize system performance. 
8.	Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of solution architectures, including design documents, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure its accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
9.	Technical guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
10.	Continuous knowledge share: Sharing industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to all relevant teams to keep everybody up to date. Continuously enhance the technical skills of the team and knowledge to drive innovation and deliver optimal solutions.

DXC Technology

Working as architect within our Innovation & Automation organization - Architecture Team - having the following key responsibilities - the evaluation and mapping of the business requirements to systems / technical requirements and specific technology solutions to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan. This architecture work and role bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions for our company and customers. It also encompasses the followings:
•	Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
•	Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of cloud solutions to stakeholders.
•	Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
•	Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
•	Creating high level solution proposals, design documents for customers
•	Creating and structuring the patterns, standards and reference architecture
•	Infrastructure architecture of our internal tools (platforms, data connections)

Since May 2020 I'm also working as Account Solutions Architect supporting our customer Commerzbank and focusing on:
• Analyzing and documenting the existing technology environment
• Recommending specific solutions based on the evaluation
• Creating a solution prototype (on-premise, hybrid cloud, public cloud)
• Participating in technology selection & supporting project management
• Setting the collaboration framework
• Contribution to deal renewal solutions proposal
• Technology upgrade projects
• Design & migration of services, applications to Azure cloud (VDI's, Exchange, Applications)
•	Interlock with Account and Customer to align the business requirements to the technology stack

Solutions Architect at DXC Technology

In my current role in the Global Methods & Standards Team I'm working on:
- Conceptualizing and building several process improvements & related tools necessary for improving service delivery efficiency and digital transformation
- Providing trainings on process, tools and methodologies worldwide
- Consulting and coaching teams to maximize effectiveness in global teams using agile methodologies with extensive experience in the IT industry
- Handling highly complex matrix environments, on shore/off shore models, across multiple geographical locations with different time zones
- Working with Delivery Leads / Account Leadership to explain, implement and utilize Availability process on a daily basis with the proper understanding on the specific definitions and requirements

+ providing technical consultancy for business cases; 
   participating in ALPHA outages to evaluate / help the support teams to fix the problems as soon as possible;
   working as solution architect for our delivery tools and their backend infrastructure;
   contributing / helping as required - where needed - using my best knowledge ;)

Global Availability Assurance Lead

Working as Availability Assurance Lead is a great opportunity for me and also the next step after 5 year in Delivery Lead role. I'm leading a great team of center coaches and together we train, coach and work with Delivery Leads worldwide by bringing together the competencies of ITO in the areas of incident, change, problem, capacity, and configuration management and specifically owning the availability assessment.

I´m an IT Professional with more than 20y´s experience in service delivery, engineering, architecture, IT management and transformation projects within multinational corporations (HP Enterprise Services, DXC Technology and currently working at Onespire Ltd supporting the Wizz Air customer).
