I’ve learned the real Amazon Ads skill isn’t optimization, it’s knowing which data to ignore. 

1. Why Most Advertisers Think DSP is “Too Expensive”

Because they’re staring at the wrong column.
They see a $25 CPM and panic.
They compare it to PPC ACOS and think, “This is insane!”

But here’s what they don’t calculate:

The cost of doing nothing when a shopper adds to cart, gets distracted, and ends up buying from your competitor’s ad instead.

When a customer clicks your PPC ad, you’ve already paid Amazon to bring them in.
