I have over 14 years of professional experience as a Business & IT Executive. I hold MSc-level degrees in tech and business gained at universities in the UK and Poland. I am a co-founder and CEO of DAC.digital. DAC.digital is a software engineering company. We help small, medium as well as large enterprises by delivering innovative digital products and services. We are well renowned for our tailored consulting services in research and development, software and hardware solutions, and product design. With my team, I've delivered over 60 dedicated tech solutions for clients in a range of industries, including Fortune Global 500 companies. Our international projects have been recognized by PwC, which awarded us the title “Polish Company – International Champion” in 2020. I am also a co-founder of rexs.io startup, which delivers data notary services that create a trust layer for any data with the use of #blockchain. Before my current role, I actively supported the development of the ICT sector in Poland by being the CEO of the most prominent Polish ICT Cluster Interizon, with over 150 companies on board. I was also a co-chair of the Advisory Board to the Polish Ministry of Development in the field of National Smart Specializations and one of the authors of the Regional Smart Specializations Strategy for the Pomerania region in Poland.
