- Utilising Google Sheets and Zapier, created the company’s first live data infrastructure. Trained the team on utilising various analytical models, leading to a vast improvement in the accuracy of analysis and speed of insights gathering (2-4 hrs to instant availability).
- Utilising analysis of historical performance and predictive modeling, developed an Inventory Management tool that vastly improved the company’s ability to manage cash flow, support sales development and avoid out-of-stock events, leading to significant time savings for the Head of Operations (5-8 hrs per month to 30 minutes).
- Led efforts on Sales Targets, Forecast and Budget development, training the Head of Sales on the use of analytical tools and the importance of achievable, ambitious and strategic growth targets. The team managed to complete the forecasting and budgeting exercise for 2024 in 3 weeks, gaining the CEO’s approval of targets.

Built and led a beauty e-commerce startup.
- Demonstrated technical ability and adaptability by designing and building the company’s tech infrastructure utilising other no-code and low-code tools. Quickly adapted to new platforms and developed the first version of MVP in 2 weeks.
- Led the fundraising efforts, developing financial models, building pitch decks, scouting and pitching to various investors and applying for other various opportunities. Accepted into multiple pitch days and accelerator programmes (including Barclays Eagle Labs).

- Managed a business model change project from business case to delivery. Led a team of 20+ senior, cross-functional leaders to deliver the project on time and on budget ($10M). Prepared analysis, strategies, communications and project plans, delivering a project that impacted over 500 employees across 6 countries, and reduced operational cost by 70%.
- To improve the team's understanding of hub profitability, developed a new standard of P&L reporting, permanently changing the way performance is controlled within the business. Worked with the finance and operational teams to standardise the reporting processes, fix system issues and develop long-term strategic change plans.
- Working with sales and operational teams, developed revenue & capacity forecasts and planning processes to ensure accurate performance planning and controlling. Improved accuracy of reporting by 30%, delivering >5% monthly revenue variance average.

Supported the leadership team with business case and strategic initiatives development.
- Led the development of an in-house CRM system to support the sales team with data and analysis during the longer process of the Salesforce transition. The model has been used to support Investor communications for Series C & D which delivered $470M investment.
- Delivered research and recommendations for strategic development projects, including supporting decisions of price change, new market expansion and new product launches.
Developed a communication and planning tool for deployment teams (Real Estate, Ops & Construction) to replace outdated infrastructure, reduce manual intervention needs and improve clarity of communication. The tool has become a new standard for the team’s workflows and has been used by around 100 users across the organisation.
