• Delivery of the Green Deal Data Space roadmap to the European Commission. Under the Work Programme 2021-2022, the basis was laid for the development of 12 data spaces in line with the European data strategy, at the crossroad between digital transition and green transition.
• Policy and legislative framework for data access and use, to be consistent with Data Governance Act, the proposal for a Data Act, as well as the Implementing Act on High-value datasets under the Open Data directive adopted on 22 December 2022.
• Policy and legislative framework relevant for the Green Deal, to be consistent with the policy framework for the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030 , the policy framework for the Zero Pollution Action Plan, and the policy framework for the 2030 Climate Target Plan.

• Migration of the Data Handling System (500+ PB) to the new Bologna Data Center:
 • Without any delay or interruption of time critical operations.
 • Planning, evolution, transition and automated deployment of the services in Bologna.
