I did this by assessing current state, quickly building relationships company-wide, optimizing an existing ATS (to save money), documenting + implementing a smooth 3-step hiring process, training hiring managers on process and feedback. Part of a non-performance related reduction.

• Sole Sourcer, Coordinator, Recruiter, Recruitment Marketer from start to finish

• Thoughtfully crafted new job posting framework and compelling copy for pipeline templates (personalized automation) to ensure alignment with Fringe’s voice

• Hired 9 new employees as needed over 3 months, extending an offer (accepted) on my first day 

• Time to Fill: On average, 21 days or less with 100% retention

 • Used Canva to design materials to spearhead Employer Branding efforts + hiring manager training

• When Fringe moved to freeze hiring in January 2023, I jumped in to help on the sales side as a DGR (Demand Gen Rep). During my 2.5 months in this role, I ramped without any formal training, learning new technologies, implementing successful sales cadences, executing cold calls and gaining traction with SMB + enterprise organizations - enhancing current channel partner and broker relationships

• Rewrote JD Framework and Job Postings 

• Worked with Global Head of Talent to revamp TA Team, decreasing time to fill (50% quicker than industry standards) 

• Mentored new team members through shadowing and additional training as needed. Successfully ramped my replacement in less than 2 weeks.

• I saw a need and was handed the reins to take over our recruitment marketing initiatives. I launched multiple targeted surveys, gained the necessary participants and helped Syndigo win 2 consecutive Comparably “Best Place to Work” Awards

• Spearheaded, created and delivered an internal, global LinkedIn training to increase employer brand awareness (700+ attendees)

• Using Canva, created new hire animation video with design team for each new employee to share on LinkedIn (Drove increase in employee social media usage, attracting aligned talent to Syndigo LinkedIn Profile & Careers Page)

Colorectal Cancer is a PREVENTABLE disease! 

•	In the US, approximately 10% of colorectal cancer cases are diagnosed in individuals under age 50.

•	Young-onset rectal cancer incidence has increased at nearly twice the rate of young-onset colon cancer.

•	Young-onset colon cancer has a preference for the distal colon (the segment of your colon right before the rectum begins) or rectum and often presents at a later stage.

•	Screening is recommended to start earlier than age 50 in those with a family history of colorectal cancer or advanced adenomas (noncancerous tumors), and in those with hereditary genetic syndromes associated with increased risk. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or other conditions increasing risk may also benefit from close follow-up.

•	Individuals under 50 who have symptoms that may be consistent with colorectal cancer need to seek medical attention so the appropriate testing can be done and deserve a prompt and thorough examination.

•	Physician-related delays (e.g., missed symptoms, initial misdiagnosis) have been estimated to occur in 15-50% of young-onset colorectal cancer cases.*

•	Discussions of lowering the screening age for the average-risk population have begun. As it  stands, the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) feels there is insufficient evidence for lowering the screening age to 40 years in the average-risk population.
