•	Managed 6 Business Analysts working directly within 4 diverse workstreams to execute on requirements and validation efforts.

Led the product development workstream for a multi-year $65M program to revamp client signature methods for Wealth Management products which drastically reduced paperwork for clients and advisors. Final solution took seven different client agreements to one and reduced 13 different pricing schedules to one.
•	Engaged directly with executive leaders and with 12 Product Leads to ensure that requirements were achieved through the full process.
•	Synchronized Legal and Compliance regulation updates across the program ranging from Department of Labor updates, client reporting needs, along with updated company standards.
•	Managed the progression for over 350 Project Change Requests of which over 120 dealt with updated regulations.
•	Liaised with technology to coordinate the development schedule across 15 tech teams while dealing with multiple competing priorities and utilizing both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
•	Coordinated UAT and monthly release efforts through 10 months of Pilot, including fast followers after national roll out to all wealth management advisors.
•	Fashioned process for weekly releases to ensure faster turnaround of defects.
•	Worked in tandem with the Program Manager for executive updates and financial reporting across all workstreams.
•	Created easy to understand visuals and program tracking processes utilized by the PMO for a clear understanding of all efforts and the integrated schedule.
•	Contributed in selecting and directing additional BAs and PMs to fulfill the multiple demands through the complex development and testing efforts.
•	Across 2 PMOs, provided direction to up to 20 BAs that were engaged through the development workstream during the height of the program.
•	Led effort to ensure PMO methodologies were followed and all PMO criteria were achieved.
•	Ensured audit traceability with approximately 6,000 User Requirements and testing producing over 5000 defects that were addressed and brought to resolution.

•	Brought in at middle of project to coordinate ensure project completed prior to previously announced roll out to external clients, responsible for budget management.

•	Directed budgets, resourcing, work requirements and timelines including requirements, design, development, release processing, and migration of user’s alerts.

I have the privilege of working with the Equipos Group.  Equipos is a growing company which automates client communications and client reporting solutions for global financial institutions.

Managed concurrent implementations of the award winning Coric reporting solution for an international company focusing on client satisfaction while achieving aggressive deadlines.  Worked with teams both onsite and remotely in Europe and North America.
•	Planned each customized installation from client agreement through production go-live.
•	Managed and reconciled diverse client expectations on budget, timelines, deliverables, and final product while maintaining project integrity.
•	Responsible for presenting to steering committees all maintained project statements of work, project metrics, financials, and contract updates.
•	Assisted business and IT leadership of client with managing delivery timelines of the project from conception through implementation.
•	Reconciled extreme differences between project directives and changing stakeholder desires.
•	Negotiated financial adjustments when additional requirement details were uncovered.

Led project which developed a highly customized Coric Client Reporting system to replace two separate client reporting applications.  Coordinated work globally with teams in United Kingdom and North America.
•	Built an alliance between diverse project owners/principals to meet the requirements across separate asset management classes.
•	Organized work sessions, requirements, development, and testing efforts with foreign vendor and internal resources.
•	Developed business processes and procedures for working with vendor.
•	Coordinated phased implementations for delivery of reports to coincide with conversion efforts.
•	Arranged, created collateral, and led steering committee meetings and corresponding reporting needs.
•	Managed reporting and budget of $2,001,000 including infrastructure and across 62 internal resources and 11 vendor resources.

Coordinated effort to create and install a new Billing Application built through custom coding.  Billing project ran concurrently with Client Reporting project.
