- Led the Customer AI team and the AutoQA initiative following the acquisition of my startup Prodsight.
- Expanded the Customer AI team from 3 to 8 individuals and acted as a line manager
- Developed the AutoQA strategy and oversaw the discovery and delivery for the initiative
- Launched AutoQA, the first global cross-product initiative for the company, which involved the collaboration of three product teams across the UK and Colombia.
- Defined and implemented a global product management process for PMs spread across the US, Colombia, Australia, and the UK.

Prodsight was acquired in 2022 by Playvox and became Playvox Customer AI.

Prodsight was a Customer Feedback Intelligence platform which helps companies deeply understand customer feedback across all channels - from support tickets to reviews. It offered real-time insights into customer issues via automated topic and sentiment analysis.

- Led the discovery and delivery of a mobile employee communications product from inception to significant user traction in prominent high-street food and retail chains. 
- Defined the product strategy, milestones and roadmaps in close collaboration with the CEO and development team. 
- Acted as a product owner in all active projects which included iOS and Android mobile apps, schedule digitisation system, admin dashboard and a company website.  
- Informed decisions through regular user research sessions, usability testing, feedback analysis and usage analytics data.

Co-lead the exploration of a high-growth mobile product aimed at non-desk workers which led to a successful six person spin-out. Designed lean experiments, carried out customer development interviews and developed mobile and web products as part of an Agile development team.

Co-founded an award-winning personalised event discovery platform based on an affiliate business model. Drove the product vision, designed and developed the front-end and back-end of the platform and secured funds, resources, mentorship and office space for the business.
