Our goal is to help managers and professionals to solve problems with time control, vacation control, document management, control of absences, communication with the accountant and other points of friction in everyday life, in a simple way.

My responsibilities:
End-to-end product management: from inception to go to market;
Lead cross functional product teams;
Product mentor for other product managers;

Outcomes:
1. A significant shift in product and development focus towards the attainment of broader company objectives, resulting in enhanced value generation and revenue growth
2. Achieving a remarkable 30% reduction in launch times through the implementation of an MVP strategy and continuous improvement cycles, demonstrating our newfound agility and efficiency

Senior Product Manager

Nstech is the main logistic software development and mobility company in Latin America (B2B).

Nstech platform is going to change the global logistics, in a way to provide customers one-click solution and 360 view experience through logistic softwares.

My Responsibility:
to manage end-to-end software construction: concept, integration with data lake, business/authorization rules and launch, using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
For that I brought business insights in order to set up the product vision, strategy and roadmap (that is the target to the development team to implement the software).

Outcomes:
1. Accelerated integration processes by 6x
2. Achieved a 30% increase in revenue through enhanced cross-selling opportunities and improved take rate mechanisms
3. Contribution to double company's valuation by transitioning from a software-centric entity to a robust software platform provider

Product Manager

Loja Segredo da Magia

Loja Segredo da Magia is a holistic spiritual and wellfare online shopping, founded by myself in 2020 (B2C).

My responsibilities:
business and website construction from zero, integrating physical warehouse to online ops: product strategy, marketing and analytics.

Outcome:
Autonomous website operation, seamlessly interfacing with CRM platforms, marketing tools and analytics systems, facilitating efficient and data-driven business operations.

Product Manager | Founder

BRBID is a purchasing platform that mixes online action with e-commerce experiences, transacting goods from clothes to vehicles (B2C).

Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Website optimization management: consulting work in which it was evaluated customer journey, analytics, customer experience and marketing strategy. 
Objective: prepare a new website to be launched according to new brand, focused on the main consumer type and having marketing and operation optimizations.
This generated a backlog and a development team to execute the activities using agile methodologies.

Rebranding and marketing launching plan: strategy, roadmap, budget forecast and execution. 
That enabled the business and branding to be totally refactored in a new website.

Operations & business refactoring, based on data analysis, increasing the sales/number of bids in 20% and reducing operation costs in 10%.

Data analytics department construction from zero: metrics definition (KPI), integrations (Google Analytics and SQL) and dashboards to follow up experimentation and to support business decisions.

Product Manager | Marketing Lead

MAHLE

Mahle is one of the biggest automotive part manafacturer and auto tech innovation in the globe (B2B).

My main Responsibility and Outcome:
Implementation of new products (innovation) in North American branch: from product discovery to go-to-market. This brought a new product family and business to the US branch, besides the recognition of a new tech location in the group.

Product Manager (international experience)

My main responsibility:
Innovation Evangelist and product management among international remote teams.

Outcome:
Creation of SmartHeat technology: potential USD50M/year in North American and USD12M/year in Latin America. The product was awarded 6 times.

Arcadis

Enerconsult (Arcadis group) is a energy consulting. It manages huge city energy sistems, like Sao Paulo city lightening department (B2B).

Main Responsibility and Outcome:
Lighting project management to São Paulo city parks, like “Ibirapuera Park” (the most frequented in Brazil). Total of 40% lighting cost reduction to the city and 2-year-payback (sum of several optimization projects).
