Tadzie (short for Tadziripa) is a fearless leader and visionary who brings extensive experience translating organizational objectives into global marketing strategies and leading high-performing teams. She has held numerous marketing leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer at All Hands and Hearts. Before this role, she was the Global Communications and Partnerships Manager at Reach for Change. She holds more than 15 years’ experience in strategic communications and the execution of high impact media campaigns on digital and non-digital platforms. She has a proven record in developing successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies in in Africa, Europe and the United States. She is highly skilled in storytelling, pitching and conducting trainings and workshops on a variety of communication topics. She has trained over 300 social entrepreneurs in communications skills such as pitching, marketing and branding. Her background in advertising developed her creative skills whilst her background in non-profit communications developed her editorial, storytelling and writing skills for impact communications, fundraising, and PR. Highly proficient in Graphic Design skills and in Adobe Creative Suite, Tadzie is a creative thinker recognized for strong project management and branding skills. Tadzie also gives back through her career guidance initiative IGNITE Youth in Zimbabwe, that focuses on developing, mentoring and equipping youth to become influential leaders in their local communities, schools and country, helping them to realise their fullest potential.
