One thing that changed my entire coaching game! 

 
I started my coaching journey in 2020. 

The first coach was a writing coach. 
I launched my first book ‘Unleash your spark’ with his guidance. 

My next coach was a mindset coach. 
He truly broke so many of my limiting beliefs that had caged me for so long.

Here's how you can convert your Content into Cash:


1. Search your your Ideal Client 
- Go to specific groups 
- Search the keywords for your ideal client 

2. Write content that address the pains or gains of your Ideal Client 

❌Skip writing how to do something 
✅Start writing how you did something 

❌Avoid generic content 
✅ Embrace specific content, get into the deeper level stuff that no is talking about 

3. Start Candid Conversations 
- Never start pitching in the first message 
- Be a human and build a connection 
- Ask them about their day, week or year
- Be friendly not creepy 

4. Pitch when they are interested 
- Are they asking questions about your work ?
- Are they commenting on your testimonials?
- Are they showing interest to work with you?

I killed myself with perfection!

I tried my best to be "perfect".
But I ended being "imperfect".

However after creating 100 posts, I started getting better.
After 200 posts, people started engaging.
After 300 posts, I started noticing growth.
After 500 posts, I started having an audience base.
After 700 posts, I could feel my "brand presence".

Show up consistently.
Let go of perfection, embrace progress.

How do you build a long lasting coaching brand that stands the test of time?


That's the question I asked Gautam Khetrapal.

His answer blew my mind.

Model what you teach.

If you are teaching fitness, be fit first.

If you are teaching business, build a successful business first.

If you are teaching emotional well-being, be balanced first.

He said there are three levels of learning.

First is the level of Mind. That's the level of knowledge.

You reading a book, hearing a podcast, watching a video or learning something.

Then comes the level of Body. That's the level of experience.

Where you train the body to model the knowledge.

For example most people know eating fruits and vegetables and avoiding processed foods leads to a healthy body.

However when you practice it, that becomes your experience.

Then comes the level of Spirit. That's of wisdom.

Where your experiences lead to in-depth wisdom.

When you start operating from the level of experience, the game changes.

You are teaching not what you've heard or seen but what you have experienced.

That inspires people to listen to you, seek your help and make shifts in their own life through your coaching.

These just one of the few nuggets of wisdom shared by Gautam.

When mistakes and failures become your best teachers rather than haunting ghosts!



Yesterday I decided to go shopping to the nearby mall.

First I took the metro. After two stations I realised I was heading in the wrong direction.

I changed the metro and began feeling stupid about myself.

Next I dropped off from the metro. Moved a few metres. 

Soon I realised I was walking in the opposite direction.

Now I started feeling angry at myself and began the thrash talking.

I redirected myself but with a lot of "anger".

After walking for a while, I finally reached the mall.

As I entered I started looking for the stall where I had to exchange a few pieces of jewelry.

To my suprise there were no stalls.

The mall was undergoing reconstruction.

I again started feeling bad, why on earth did I come.

I asked someone when the stalls will be back. I didn't get any response.

So finally I thought let me shop for something to overcome my feelings of self hatred and anger.

Voila I landed on the wrong floor.

By this time I was literally cursing myself, why do I keep taking all the wrong directions.

Finally I reached Zudio and began my shopping spree.

As I was coming back, a deep realisation hit my mind.

One, how hard you and I are on ourselves when we commit mistakes.

Instead of taking lessons, we start cursing ourselves.

We belittle ourselves so much, that we ourselves sabotage any future success.

What if you and I could change this attitude.

What if we could see every mistake and failure like a teacher, who came to us to teach an important lesson.

What if we cherish graduating from mistakes and embracing our better selves.

You and I would become students of life.

There would be no embarrassment or annoyance around failure.

You would either learn or win.
