I have worked as a manufacturing operator, process engineer, and writer, and I am where I am today.

In the course of this, I came across LinkedIn, and through my daily posts I have been able to engage with many people.

But I have noticed that there are many people who are not making effective use of LinkedIn.

I can  help them.

Can I make them influencers? 

No, I can't. I'm far from being an influencer myself.

However, I can help you increase the engagement of your posts and achieve your goals.

When I first joined this platform, I knew absolutely no one here.

Zero connections.
No one to show me the ropes.

I had to figure things out the hard way, step by step, running into walls again and again.

The bright side?

No complicated relationships to worry about.
I could try anything I wanted.
No one was watching or telling me what to do.

Community can be a powerful thing.

It can lift you up, push you forward, give you strength you didn’t even know you had.
Yet it can also hold you back if you let the wrong voices get too close.

Being on your own is tough.

Every obstacle becomes your obstacle.
You have no choice but to break through with your own hands.
Still, no one can limit you either. 

Most of us live somewhere in the middle.
Not everything is great. Not everything is terrible.
Every path comes with a little sunshine and a few storms.

When things get difficult, try shifting how you look at the situation.
A new angle often reveals a way forward.

There’s no point comparing yourself to someone else.
You can’t become them, and you don’t have to.

Think for yourself, take action, and the next chapter will start to unfold.

Going viral does not always equal real presence.

It feels exciting, sure. 
Suddenly your post flies around like a spark in dry grass. 

More eyes, 
more impressions, 
more notifications.

Though here is the catch.

The people you truly want to reach might not even notice you.

They may like your post or tap a quick reaction, yet for them it is just one more thing in a crowded feed. 

Easy to scroll past. Easy to forget.

Real presence grows from something slower.

Purposeful actions.
Showing up again and again.
Building genuine connections, one person at a time.

Let go of the illusion that one viral moment solves everything.

Stack small actions like bricks.

Over time, those bricks become the foundation of strong relationships.

Strong relationships open doors to a future far greater than any lucky burst of attention ever could.

Simplicity, that’s the core of everything I post.

Satisfied? Not really.

There’s no such thing as “done.” 
It’s a constant process of refinement, full of ups and downs.

If it’s too complex for people to read, then it holds no real value.
Simplicity is the power that allows my ideas to truly resonate.

If you’re not happy with the impact of your posts, something has to change.
Not randomly, but intentionally.

With focus, patience, and intention, your work becomes more refined over time.

Nothing changes until you decide to rise and take action.
