I have worked as a manufacturing operator, process engineer, and writer, and I am where I am today.

In the course of this, I came across LinkedIn, and through my daily posts I have been able to engage with many people.

But I have noticed that there are many people who are not making effective use of LinkedIn.

I can  help them.

Can I make them influencers? 

No, I can't. I'm far from being an influencer myself.

However, I can help you increase the engagement of your posts and achieve your goals.

Plans change easily.
In fact, sometimes they have no choice but to change, whether or not it’s your fault.

The real difference comes from how you see it. 
Do you take it as something positive, or let it drag you into negativity?

I just went through a 24-hour account restriction.
The reason? Allegedly using automation tools.
The truth is, I didn’t use any.
But maybe my activity looked automated enough to trigger the system.

I’m not here to complain.
If anything, it gave me new material to write about.

Of course, you don’t need to force yourself to see everything in a positive light.
But if you let yourself sink too far into negativity, it often spirals into an even deeper loop.

Staying as positive as you can, and acting on it, makes the next step so much easier.

No matter how brightly something shines, if it fades in an instant,

Keep your eyes on the long game.

Take steady steps forward every single day.

In the end, the one still standing is the one who wins.

No matter what anyone says, stay true to your path.

That’s what makes all the difference.

Change direction whenever you need to. 

Consistency is a powerful tool, 

but if it turns into the goal itself, you’ll lose the ability to adapt, you’ll fall behind. 

Consistency is only a means, not the end. 

Don’t cling to it. 

If you take a wrong turn, you can always adjust and find your way back. 

You can always start again. 

Don’t be afraid of change.

You can’t control the results.

What you can control is the process that leads to it.

Taking your time, experimenting, and steadily improving are non-negotiable.

When you chase instant results, you rarely get them
and you gain no real insights either.

Time can be your strongest ally,
but only if you make the most of it.

It’s precious.

Use it wisely.

Posting only when you feel motivated.

Posting only when something special happens.

In the long gaps in between, your presence fades.

Your audience’s reactions disappear.

Your own motivation slips away.

That’s a downward spiral.

The only one who can break that cycle is you.

If you want to achieve something on this platform, you have to act.

Post. React. Comment. Send a DM.

The key is building strong habits.

The people who show up in your feed are probably the ones who stand out.

You compare yourself.
You feel down.
You lose motivation.

It’s that simple.

So, will you keep comparing yourself to others?
Or will you stay focused on your own path?

There’s nothing more misleading than a success story,
whether it’s your own or someone else’s.

It doesn’t always reveal the real truth.
- Sometimes it’s built on misunderstandings.
- Sometimes it’s a one-off path that can never be repeated.

That’s why you need to look at it with a calm and critical eye.

And remember… the future is nothing but uncertainty.

The only way forward is to keep adapting, step by step.

By carving your own path and weaving it forward, you’ll eventually reach the future you truly want.

Advice is just that... advice.
Nothing more, nothing less.

What you choose to listen to, and what you choose to ignore, is entirely up to you. 
That’s what really matters.

There’s no such thing as perfect advice. 
The only way forward is to take action and discover the path that works for you.

It’s your journey to carve out, not anyone else’s.

So trust yourself, keep moving down your own path, and make the coming week a better one.

There’s no bigger waste of time than endlessly worrying about what to post.

Sometimes your “masterpiece” won’t land with anyone
and that’s completely normal.

So just put something out there.

See how people respond.

Adjust.

Keep doing that over the long run, and you will grow.

Keep experimenting.

And remember this: posting is only one tool.

Whatever your goal is, if you want to achieve it through this platform, you need to actively engage with people.

Nothing happens if you sit back and wait.

Time is limited.

Use it strategically.
