Economy Coordinator of Pakistan

Developing and maintaining websites on ASP.NET MVC technology through scrum-agile methodology.

In each subsequent sprint (i.e. two weeks period of working days), different or similar projects are undertaken for development or maintenance. A comprehensive experience is gained over ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. Other responsibilities are the partial development of Development Plans and Release Notes in each sprint.

Being Team’s People Manager, who is a proxy of management in the team, I am responsible for bridging the communication between the team and the management, team motivation and management of different team issues. PM also contributes for the decision making process by being team’s representative and part of the management. Moreover, management of leaves in relevance to work-load and vetting of hours logged by team members are also my responsibility.

Also takes responsibility of photography for covering most of the official events held on-site and off-site since joining.

Software Engineer

Ovex Technologies Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.

I was hired as an internee in the Business Intelligence department of the company to develop HRMIS. The major technology used in this project is ASP.NET. Following are the different parts of the project:
- Relational Database developed in Microsoft SQL Server
- Procedures in Database
- Mapping of tables of database into classes
- Development of different layers of the server-side system in .net framework.
- Conversion classes for the dataset or datatable retrieved from the results of query into lists of objects containing the parameters for the database table attributes. 
- Relationships of objects and exchange of information between the layers of the system through those objects in ASP.NET
- HTML5 for the design of webpage and jquery for extraction of data and validation of inputs fields on the form.
- json for the exchange of data between the presentation layer and the publish layer.

I am a tech enthusiast and a leader passionate about building immersive experiences. I have more than ten years of experience in the tech industry. I founded "Algoryte" which specializes in providing solutions for Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR), Mixed Reality (MR), Metaverse, Web2/Web3 Games, and Digital Twins. The development and integrations of Blockchain is also what we do.

At Algoryte, I am honored to lead a team of awesome people with a knack for creating immersive experiences apart from the cool artwork and designs we always feel proud of. We do not shy away from advising our clients on the best solutions for them.

The leadership that I run with is aimed at bringing out the best in the people I work with and pushing them to do the things that they had not thought of doing before. I think the best feeling is the feeling of accomplishing smaller tasks every day and learning that we can do so much with all the resources at our disposal.

We have set up this regular town hall discussion where all the members of the team come in to share their ideas, concerns, or the things that we can improve on. We always appreciate when people are concerned, want to raise their voices, and make smaller improvements to things as we go.
