I am a tech enthusiast and a leader who is passionate about working on himself and bringing the best in the people working with him. I have more than ten years of experience in the tech industry. I along with my co-founder, founded "Algoryte", which specializes in Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR), Mixed Reality (MR), Mobile Apps, Metaverse, Web2/Web3 Games, and Digital Twins. To make them all connected to decentralized networks, blockchain is what we can develop and integrate with everything else. At Algoryte, I am honored to lead a team of awesome people who have a knack for creating immersive experiences apart from the cool artwork and designs that we always feel proud of. We do not shy away from advising our clients on the best solutions for them. The leadership that I run with is aimed at bringing out the best in the people I work with and pushing them to do the things that they had not thought of doing before. I think the best feeling is the feeling of accomplishing smaller tasks every day and learning that we can do so much with all the resources at our disposal. We have set up this regular town hall discussion where all the members of the team come in to share their ideas, concerns, or the things that we can improve on. We always appreciate when people are concerned, want to raise their voices, and make smaller improvements to things as we go. This is the same culture that we work with our clients while advising regularly based on our expertise.
