Agave Health is a SaaS startup in the mental health space that provides in-app personalized care for adults with ADHD.
My responsibilities include creating the PRD for the in-app community space while working closely with Product and Engineering; as well as facilitating an environment where members can engage and receive additional value, via relevant content, events, and support from our team of professionals and fellow ADHDers.

- Managing the work processes of the Community Team, 6 full-time employees (2 remote US based)
- Establishing and growing Vee’s Global Nonprofit Community to include over 1000 nonprofits worldwide 
- Increasing the number of missions on Vee’s platform by 700% in the first year
- Further developing and adapting the community-building strategy and expansion for the global market

- Building and executing the community strategy for Vee’s nonprofits
- Leading the efforts of onboarding Vee’s first global nonprofits in the US and UK 
- Growing the number of missions on Vee’s platform by strengthening relationships with our nonprofits
