I’m Tali passionate about education, healthcare, mental health, community engagement, relationship building, and creative corporate events. 🧘🏻‍♀️ As a certified yogi, I am always deepening my knowledge and practice, along with exploring my passion for musical theater. When I am not building community programs, events, and managing complex projects you will find me completing a new jigsaw puzzle. 🧩 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: ✔️ Oversee upper school program - curriculum, staff hiring and supervision (approx 115 students, and 10 staff) ✔️ Manage organization wide family 1100 attend annual events which services for age groups from Pre-school to high school. Hire leaders, educational, singing, storytelling, leadership development, snacks. ✔️Manage the program performance - communications, logistics, numbers, - provide data to leadership team. 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: ✔️ Foster relationships with 8+ partner summer camps through open house programs, camp fairs, and weekly visits to see students, staff, and leadership at camp summer programs. ✔️ Represent and actively participate in communal groups and conversations across other organizations to collaborate toward a common goal of engagement, programming, and curriculum development for teens. ✔️ Host and organize a camp fair; summer camps come to visit the congregation ; members learn about camps. 10-15 tables, does all the set up, logistics, social halls, newsletter, member announcements ✔️ Grew K-2nd grade youth group by over 25% participation in one year. 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈: ✔️ Led 11-day trip (13 teenagers and 1 support staff) in 4 home base locations. ✔️ Managed all logistics to include flights, travel requirements, itinerary, and parental coordination. ✔️ Planned 3 different weekends away trips for three different groups: NYC - approx 30 teenagers & (2) Retreats in Pennsylvania - 4th, 5th and 6th graders Always looking to connect with like minded connections.
