-Actively participated in the oversight of maintenance for VRF and conventional air conditioning units, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
-Learned about thermal load, applying this knowledge to support projects related to the sizing of air conditioning systems.
-Worked in the administrative area, receiving and organizing service orders for the maintenance of air conditioning units, ensuring proper routing and tracking of maintenance processes.
