•Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and goals, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
•Implement and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to streamline sales and customer
service processes.
•Perform thorough business analysis to identify pain points and recommend tailored Salesforce
solutions to address client needs.
•Lead and facilitate the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering,
system design, development, testing, and deployment.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align Salesforce
solutions with overall business strategies.
•Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions and maximize user engagement.
•Create and customize reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for
decision-making.
•Execute data migration and integration activities to ensure seamless data flow between
Salesforce and other systems.
•Implement and maintain Salesforce platforms, including user management, security settings,
data integrity, and system customization.
•Develop and manage Salesforce flows, validation rules, and custom
objects to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
•Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries.
