Key member of the Office of the CEO responsible for supporting both the CEO of TELUS and Senior EA in both an executive and personal assistant capacity.  Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
- Maintain a combined business and personal calendar for the CEO and EA, ensuring appointments are accurate and closely monitored for changes in prioritization
- Accurately track and secure a variety of high level condfidential information pertaining to multiple email accounts, telephone lines, electronic mediums as well as personal and business assets
-  Provide back-up administrative support for other members of the Office of the CEO Team
-  Provide on-call support during periods when the CEO and EA are working remotely
-  Provide a point of contact for internal and external contacts ensuring timely follow up and prioritization while maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality
-  Coordinate travel arrangements and create clear, concise agendas and travel itineraries

Saje Natural Wellness

Ensured the company Co-Founder had the tools and support systems in place to function at a level of excellence across multiple business ventures, in addition to managing a variety of staff wellness initiatives.  Responsibilities include: 
-  Collaborated with the Office Manager and other EAs to establish best practices and processes for the newly formed six person Saje Office Support Team
-  Laid out the Co-Founders priorities and schedule on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
-  Managed all expenses, budgets, invoices, event calendars and coorespondence related to Saje Natural Wellness, The Alchemy Network and Rise Coach Co.
-  Provided a point of contact for the Co-Founder, ensuring direct access to his time and schedule were closely monitored while fostering relationships
-  Supported over 30 educational and promotional events by developing agendas, facilitating participant communications, arranging travel, providing day-of event coordination
-  Spearheaded the creation, promotion and execution of more than 15 unique wellness events, offers and experiences for the 70+ head office staff

Executive Assistant to Co-founder & Wellness Coordinator

Kit and Ace

Lead the five-person office administration team in collaboration with Administration Manager during a period of rapid growth from 30 to 350 staff and expansion of the head office from 12,000 sq. foot shared space to a 36,000 sq. ft office building.  Undertook a wide variety of administrative and management tasks such as: 
-  Implement new cross-functional administrative systems across four global office locations
-  Maintained staff records, prepared reports, composted correspondence, and trained employees compliance and cash handling procedures for expense report submission
-  Organized the office moves and expansions, maintained seating plans and developed action plans for renovation projects.  In addition, oversaw all day-to-day office maintenance activities
-  Led weekly onboarding activities for new employess by providing office tours, health and safety briefings, fobs, lanyards, business cards and desk name cards.
-  Coordinated the daily workflow of the entire office team, managed training programs and scheduled reception, office assistant staff and shipping department staff
-  Support the Administration Manager and ensure all Kit and Ace Head Office events and retreats are planned and executed in line with corporate culture and brand including Product Shows, Staff Socials, Corporate Retreats and Assemblies.
