There are 2 types of social media burnout.

The first is the result of chronic stress.

You’re posting consistently, despite feeling stressed out about social media 24/7, until you eventually “run out” of creativity and stop completely.

The second is the result of guilt.

You’re not posting consistently, despite feeling guilty because you “should” be, until you eventually get so overwhelmed you stop completely.

No matter how you look at it…

Social media burnout leads to neglected social media channels.

And that is the number 1 reason I tell people they DON’T have to post every single day.

Posting every single day just for the sake of posting isn’t how you:
> Generate leads.
> Expand your audience.
> Establish credibility.

It’s how you burn yourself out and fall off the social media wagon.

STOP “showing up” just to show up.

Unless your content is:
> Aligned.
> Strategic.
> Intentional.

Then I’m sorry, but it’s bad content.

And you’re not doing ANYONE any favours with bad content.

Do they believe in their success?
Do they trust their decisions?

How do they show up every day?
