🔍 Key highlights and valuable contributions:

✅ I helped increase & improve alignment between the Design Team with Business Goals by facilitating  strategic scoping and prioritization workshops aimed at establishing the Company’s core value proposition, audience alignment, and crafting narratives around AI integration within the existing product landscape.

✅ I was the UXD on a Design System Redesign. My job upfront was to understand the business objective goals, get to know the existing design system really well, and make sure that the new design system proposal aligned with the business goals. Once that was set, I focused my efforts on conducting UX/UI audits of the application and its current design system, as well as developed new components for the updated components library.

✅ I helped increase successful task completion significantly and reduced customer support by integrating intuitive navigation, clearer guidance, and improved data management in our software! The team and I did this by creating a central place for the Admin role in our application to complete all management functions. 

✅ I helped boost the data usability and accessibility and enhanced user experience by creating an intuitive dashboard design that addressed usability issues and made industry data more accessible to the user. The new design included intuitive navigation, comprehensive data presentation, and insightful visualizations to facilitate better user onboarding and understanding.

🔍 Key highlights and valuable contributions I made as the solo UX/UI Designer at CIC Plus: (CIC was acquired by EES)

✅ I accelerated the product launch by 75%, while saving the business $128k!

✅ I used my expertise as a Workshop Facilitator to design and facilitate Product Strategy workshops to help the Product and Design Teams align better on project goals. 

✅ I freed up 25% of resources dedicated to fixing issues with an out-dated, unintuitive, and complicated internal application.

✅ I improved application latency issues by 45% and enhanced the user’s experience by 75% by redesigning an outdated internal application used to generate thousands of PDFs for print and filing. 

✅ I helped reduce design redundancy by 60% and increased team efficiency by 40% by creating the company's first official Design System in Figma! I did this by establishing a modular and scalable structure for the design system, creating a comprehensive library of reusable UI components with clear documentation and usage guidelines. As the Team Lead on this project, I collaborated closely with the CTO, Product Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and the Business Development Manager to understand the business objective goals for the project and create an iterative and collaborative process within the design and development teams.

✅ The company did a serious redesign of their software- my job was to spearhead the user research and design strategy. My responsibilities included framing design challenges, conducting a comprehensive UX/UI audit of the existing application, creating a new Information Architecture Map, and ensuring the design was user-centered and valuable. The company hired a third party to complete the project, so I served as the internal resource for UX/UI.

I was her 1st Korean-American guest 🇺🇸 🇰🇷 ... and she's my first "UK living in Australia" friend 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 😊 . Together, we covered a LOT of ground (pun intended).
